We are open for business. We are doing things differently because those lovely ladies Irma and Maria definitely left their hand print on us as well as the entire Territory and Caribbean. In some places changing the landscape forever. We closed our Christiansted store and we are in the process of making changes to our manufacturing place because we got some damage there, but not a lot, thankfully!! So what we have done is switched ALL retail to our online website at www.itibabeauty.com and for those who live on St. Croix, you can purchase without having to pay a shipping fee.
So yes, we are still operational. Things are moving slowly though. It will take some time to be back up to 100% but I thank all of you who have been patient with us while we move through this recovery and as we get our delivery times back to the 3-5 day period.
